Okay, I'm really bored xD So here something to keep me motivated~ (and away from boredom... I already started the next page but I know that I wont manage to get anywhere with it before I have to go to Stuttgart... )

Unspoiled of course I will warn you if I assume it as spoilers...



1. The name "Essence of Time" comes from the game "Prince of Persia" xD When I was younger my brothers told me about that games name "Prince of Persia, The Sands of Time". I understood "Prince of Persia, Essence of Time" xD After finding out that it was "sands" I thought it was a great title for my manga... so I came to EoT ^-^

2. Callo was a halfdemon at first... I called him Kreon back then, but I thought a tan elf and a halfdemoness friend for Ary was better choice... so Kreon turned to become Callo and I created Yuna instead as half demon for the story~

3. Most of the funny events in EoT came to my mind while I was asleep... (The Ifrit was here joke for example... or I spy with my little eyes,...) Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night, holding my belly, laughing cause I dreamed such a funny scene.

4. Yarna is (in one of my other stories) a snake-like dragon xD I love that lil dragooooooon so much x3 That is why I called Yarna Yarna xD Makes it easier for me to draw him sympathic xD I just think on that lil dragon and he turns out all handsome and sympathic xD

5. Did you notice that all boys of the group have blond hair!? I wonder why that is so xD I didnt intend it... xD lol maybe thats cause I love blond hairs on guys >_> xD *gets shot by brown/black haired guys* Sorry xD lol ^-^

6. The idea for the EoT-mainstory (well I modified it over and over again... but the main idea for it) came to me when I was 13 and drew a picture of Ary and Deamond next to each other xD I already gave Deamond so many different abilities and Ary was just... a normal human girl... but I wanted her to be special too... so I started thinking about ways to make a normal human special xD I sat the rest of the day on my desk writing about 50 pages of text with a storyline... I still have these pages in my room ^_^ And even though I changed/ added many charas it still obtains the same main-story-line.

7. Ledah's red wings were blue first. I wanted to make him a water-god to make him match with Ary's water-preferences but after a few weeks I came to the opinion that a contrary eleent would be much more interesting. So i changed it to Fire ^^

8. Ifrits personality first was much more serious... but after playing Tales of Symphonia I somehow thought of him as some kind of Colette... xD The clumsy nature just matched so perfectly with him that I HAD to change this xD (And be honest: That clumsiness is what makes him so adorable xD)
