Souri looks really nice in this picture. You have gone through a lot of improvement indeed since your last try on her. The pose is very nicely done. The way she looks/her facial expression is very well drawn as well. However the eyes are too far up. Try putting them on the same level as the ears and it will turn out perfectly fine.

The hand balled to a fist looks very well done too. Her right hand looks a little off. The spots where the fingers bend are on almost the same level like an elipse. Try taking a closer look at how the fingers move anatomically again.

Your strongest point is definitely the emotion expressed by your characters. They seem to shine from inside out, giving the watcher the same impression as their feelings. Keep at this, it makes your pictures lively and astonishing to look at!
