I doubt that makes sense but still, the whole thing is awesome it's just the eyes. I feel like they should be a different style all together maybe, thinner and a darker green? O.o I don't know if this helps, but I just think that for some reason, the eyes mess up the whole picture. Am I being to critical?

Die Bewegung ist ncoh immer da, und durch die lebhafte colo ncoh verstärkt worden. Das Lineart hast du wunderbar in einer colo version umgesetzt, es zieht einen in seinen Bann und man möchte jedes Detail in sich aufsaugen, wenn mans ansieht. <3 nur der schuh, der kommt durch den schwarzen strich noch mehr [negativ] zur geltung. ;D -- Icon by *Herzlose  Awesome!!

Her eyes could be a darker green, or maybe a shade of blue or violet. Sorry, they're not bad at all, I just thought that would match the rest of the picture better. Faboulous job, it's amazing!

Critiques
You put so much work in her windswept hair flowing all around her along with the wings surrounding her ears. The outfit that she's wearing is incredible, because of brilliant design, including the pink rose on the left side of her shoulder. Plus, I like how you drew her dress floating around her.
Her anatomical proportions as well as the posing both came out great. With the posing like this, it seems that she is floating through the air. I also like how you drew the design of her staff really well.
She stands out very well against the background. You put a lot of effort on how you coloured and shaded her.
In all, you have worked so hard on this drawing and I'm really proud of it!

Overall this is an amazing drawing, there's a lot of really awesome things about this.
First of all, her pose is awesome. I often see a lot of different pictures where the character is standing straight or is only slightly posed. However, the way you drew your character is amazing and really makes it look like she's floating through the air. She is also drawn very elegantly, which makes her really beautiful, with a hint of innocence at the same time. Truly, job well done.
The colors themselves are also amazing. I can tell just from looking at this, that you really know what you're doing and have been drawing for a while now. The character stands out really well against the background, but at the same time the viewer can also appreciate the background. Everything is smooth and clean.
The only thing that I noticed with this deviation, is that her shoulders seem to be a little bit too sharp. It seems as if they should be rounded out a little bit more, especially at the corner.
This is a great deviation, keep up the amazing work in the future.
